Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is now taking the next step towards developing a plan for Lake of the Woods water quality and wants your input and advice.  This is your chance to get involved and tell them what you think! 

ECCC launced a public engagement to involve you and seek your input to inform decisions about potential establishment of Canadian phosphorus targets for Lake of the Woods. To support this, ECCC:

For years, our Foundation have urged Canada to commit to a plan for Lake of the Woods water quality – a plan that sets objectives and has measurable targets for phosphorus to combat harmful algae blooms.  Canadian federal science has been completed.  Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is now taking the next step towards developing a plan and wants your input and advice.  This is your chance to tell them what you think!   We urge you to get involved!
