The Deborah Battigelli Memorial Fund will support postgraduate researchers' travel to present their research at the annual International Rainy-Lake of the Woods Watershed Forum. Eligible candidates include MSc and PhD candidates or recently graduated, pursuing scholarly training and research on the water quality or ecological heath issues of the lakes and rivers in the Lake of the Woods region.
Assisting the up-and-coming generation of scientists with their research on our lakes is an important part of continuing to build the research base and capacity for protecting the water quality and ecological health of our lake area for generations to come.
Contributions to The Deborah Battigelli Memorial Fund at the Lake of the Woods Water Sustainability Foundation can be made at any time and in any amount.
